Why do I need this information and how will it be used?

 

To fulfil customer print orders.
To send shipping quotations.
To answer customer enquiries
To send occasional opt-in emails for marketing purposes.

 

How is the information stored?

 

The information is stored electronically on one personal computer, all password and virus protected.

 

Who has access to the information?

 

One person has access to the full information - Paul Freeman.
For print orders your name and address is supplied to Inframe Gallery, Sheffield in order that your print can be shipped to you directly.

 

Is this information ever shared with a third party?

 

No.

 

How long is the information stored?

 

For print orders, I retain full details for a period of 3 months in order to resolve any problems once your print has been received by you.
For print orders your name, address, order details and payment amount will be stored by Paypal as per their Terms of Service.
For mailing list subscribers, I retain the details provided indefinitely until such time removal is requested.

 

How can I find out what information you hold?

 

You can get a copy of all the information I hold on you by sending an email request to enquiries@paulfreemanart.co.uk*.

 

How do I request that my information is amended/deleted?

 

You can request an amendment or deletion of either all or part of the information I hold by sending an email request to enquiries@paulfreemanart.co.uk*.
